What does ATS-conscious formatting mean?
We use clear headings, readable text, and a straightforward application resume structure to support applicant tracking system parsing. We incorporate relevant keywords when your experience supports them. No format can guarantee compatibility with every system or a particular ATS score.
How quickly will I receive my first draft?
First drafts are delivered within 3 business days for Starter, 5 for Signature, 10 for Executive Elite, and 15 for the Luxury Executive Portfolio. Timing begins after payment and a complete intake. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. If capacity affects your start date, we’ll confirm that before accepting your order.
How do revisions work?
Starter includes one revision round; the other packages include two. Submit one consolidated list of changes per round within 14 calendar days of receiving your first draft. Revisions are returned within 3 business days for Starter and Signature, or 5 business days for executive packages. The revision window pauses while we prepare your changes. Corrections to errors introduced by ResumeForge do not use up a revision round. A new career direction or additional documents require a separate quote.
What if I don’t have numbers for my accomplishments?
We can highlight scope, responsibilities, skills, and contributions without inventing metrics. If a result needs clarification, we’ll ask you to verify it before including it.
Can you tailor my resume to a specific job?
Yes. Share the job description when we agree on your project so the writing can focus on relevant experience. Additional job-specific versions can be discussed separately.
What should I share—and what should I leave out?
Share your work history, relevant qualifications, target roles, and verified accomplishments. Leave out Social Security numbers, financial details, and confidential information belonging to an employer or client.
